  The FEES:

  • Free education is one of the most important aspects of studying in Germany.
  • The tuition fees are free or range from 50 Euros to 500 Euros per semester which roughly translates in to 3000 to 30000 Indian rupees per semester.
  • In other countries like USA, Australia and UK the fees for the education is pretty high and hence it is an impossible task to study in these countries without scholarship.
  • There is a limited amount of scholarship available for truly deserving students for the free German education too.
  • Germany has many courses in MBA. These are all paid courses. The tuition fees ranges from anywhere between 7 lakhs to 15 Lakh rupees for the whole course.
  • The MBA course is offered in partner universities of the consultancy.

  Accommodation

We give emphasis on student accommodation to make them feel that they are staying in their own home such as a stimulation of homely atmosphere takes away home sick that generally bothers many students living abroad. We also carefully plan to select different types of accommodations to cut down financial burden on the neophyte students.

  Types of Accommodation provided

  • Home Stay: It is the most Joyful type of set up. We carefully screen the student based on compatibility criteria with host family. This type of life offers advantage of quick social build up for the new students and to learn the foreign language. This way of accommodation includes amenities like laundry, telephone and other conveniences found only in home environment.
  • University halls of Residence: Some group of students prefer staying with student communities, so it is also a smart choice. In addition on campus living has certain benefits like..
  • Easy accessibility for campus resources like Library, labs, events and activities, sports etc.
  • Prone to meet students with the same commitment to education which is certainly a boosting factor for your self-confidence

  PART TIME JOB

Through our support offices, we can help the student in procuring a part time job to meet his livelihood expenses while at the University. We offer this service for the students processed under the full package offer. This way the student is relaxed from the apprehension of financial crisis.
For a student living expenses may account for 350 euros (approx) in a month. The part time can easily fetch earnings of 500 euros /month. So the prospective student feels confident of some saving apart from all the expenditure. According to the federal law a student can work for 20hrs/week on or off the campus.
Alternatively 90 days per year or 180 half days are allowed while on student Visa.

  Application Procedure

After selecting the university the most important aspect to secure admission is the filling up of application for the chosen course. A properly filled application form with all the requirements fulfilled is the most important step for the admission procedure. So to fill up an application form, it is essential that proper planning and prior knowledge of the subject is needed.

The questions that come to mind of students are:

Is this course suitable for me?

Selecting a course is the first and important step. It is important because it will give direction to your whole life. In the master's level, students find a number of specialized and interdisciplinary courses. Let us consider the example of mechanical engineering. The courses on offer vary from robotics to automation and control to computational engineering. Each field has its own importance. So a course must be chosen keeping in mind his/her priorities. Here the counselor comes in to action, helping the student realize his choice of study.

Is the university right for me?

The choice of university is also important. Let us take the case of Germany. Germany has two types of universities. One is the technical university; the other is the University of Applied Sciences. The courses in technical universities are very theoretical; students usually follow up with PhD after their completion of masters. Whereas university of applied sciences offers course which are more industrial related. Hence choosing an university is equally important as the course that it offers.

Is the time suitable for applying?

To understand this we need some information as to how the universities in Europe work. Basically courses are offered in two falls. This means there is intake of students twice a year. They are the summer fall which is the start of March and the winter fall which is the start of October. The application deadlines are before two months of the starting of the course. There is a slight exception with Sweden where the intake is just once a year and the application deadline are in the month of January. Recognizing and analyzing this information will be profitable for the student. Counselors have prior knowledge of this subject.

How much do I have to pay to universities for application procedure?

Application fees vary with various universities. In Europe some of the universities do not charge anything for the application procedure. But most of the other universities charge a nominal fee of about 4000 to 5000 Rupees.

  Is this the right way?

For example some universities have the option of online application. They also have the normal paper based application. The online application procedure is more efficient and also the status of your application can be checked through internet. Online application also ensures safe and faster process of applications. This information will be provided by the counselor
