  1. Passport pages
  2. Birth Certificate
  3. All Mark sheets - 10 std, 12th std, Diploma, Degree, Masters Levels.
  4. All Certificates like Diploma, Degree, Masters awarded by Universities.
  5. 4 Passport size photographs with off     -      white background
  6. Course Application Form                         -     (available with FSB)
  7. Awarding University application form     -      (available with FSB)
  8. Visa Form 16                                           -      (available with FSB)
  9. Visa Form 36, 36A                                  -      (available with FSB)
  10. Bank Statement showing bank balance covering all Fees, Food and Stay expenses
  11. Parents income & address proof
  12. College letter stating that the medium of instruction at the degree/dip  level which u completed was ENGLISH
 
     
 
  • All documents must be Xerox copies, Don’t give originals.
  • In case there are Tamil words & sentences in any certificate, please translate into English and then, get them attested by a Notary
